I'm trying to raise just £5 from 100 people for Combat Stress – a charity helping to improve the lives of military veterans suffering from post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD).
I'm gladly doing the 22 Push Up Challenge, but I'm completely transforming my routine (and hopefully, my shape) by also swimming a mile every day and running a mile run, every other day.
