This morning, for the first time, I managed 22 press ups without stopping. I also got in the pool and swum 80 lengths (one mile) in 34 minutes! 

Whilst raising awareness of post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), I'm also trying to raise just £5 from 100 people for Combat Stress – the military veterans mental health charity.

I'm doing the 22 Push Up Challenge, but I'm completely transforming my routine by also swimming a mile every day and running at least ten miles (over the course of 22 days).
