Knocked a massive 45 seconds off my one mile run this morning! However, because I then had 15 minutes to wait around before the swimming pool opened, I decided to run another mile.

One mile helps my muscles warm up, but two miles I think might be too much as my legs felt utterly exhausted in the pool! No running tomorrow, but again on Day 10 (Wednesday).
