This morning, after a huge sleep, a one mile run was on the agenda. It's three laps of a large field outside the swimming pool. As part of the challenge, I'm aiming to also run ten miles alongside my 22 mile swim. This was my second mile. Only eight to go (which is another 24 laps... ergh).

My first attempt (on Tuesday) was 12 minutes 17 seconds (including very brief rests). Today's attempt was practically the same. Would love to get it down to ten minutes, but I think that'll be a couple of months away.
