This is it! Day 22. The challenge is complete.

I have been doing an extended version of the 22 Press Up Challenge to help raise awareness of post-traumatic stress disorder, while attempting to raise £500 for Combat Stress – a charity who  are working to improve the lives of military veterans. I also took the opportunity, in doing an extended version, to kick start a healthier lifestyle. This has been a huge challenge for me physically and mentally, so please do donate if you can.
